Welcome to the application for sonic-electro-acoustic production. The course is suitable for those who want to explore; sound in its most naked, theoretical, philosophical and technical form; composition and processing of sounds with their influence on each other; sound as longer compositions, as well as mixing and mastering.
The course consists of 6 sessions of 3 hours each. These are divided into three sections with focus on the following:
01-sound, synths, sampling, processing of sound
02-piece, music theory, harmony, rhythm.
03-composition, formalism, deeper processing of sound (mixing/mastering)
The level of the course is adopted to the participants along the course and we are constantly talking from the perspective of where you are in your personal creative process.
The participant is expected to bring: Computer with recording software of your choice/digital audio workstation (DAW), a pair of headphones of better quality. In addition to this, we use free softwares and plugins to be able to explore the course together.
Homework is given after each session. The participant is expected to attend at least 5 out of 6 sessions and do minor homework between sessions so that everyone can get as much as possible out of the course
